Terms of Service - Honor Games

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games and related services published by Honor Games ("we", "us", or "our"), including Vira-Letra and any other titles we release ("our games"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our games.

Using Our Games

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our games on devices you own or control, strictly for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of our games.
You must not use our games for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
You must not attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate leaderboards or rankings.
You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.

Accounts & Leaderboards

Some of our games let you create an optional account to sync your progress and appear on leaderboards. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. We may remove leaderboard entries or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe involve cheating, abuse, or inappropriate display names.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some of our games offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions (such as Vira-Letra Premium), processed entirely through Google Play Billing. All billing questions, refunds, and subscription cancellations are handled through your Google Play account, subject to Google's own policies.

Advertising

Free versions of our games may display ads served through Google AdMob. By using a free version of our games, you agree to the display of such ads. You can remove ads in games that offer a premium or ad-free option.

Intellectual Property

Our games, including all game designs, puzzles, artwork, logos, and code, are the property of Honor Games or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our trademarks or branding beyond what is required to use the games as intended.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honor Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our games.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to a game or account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using our games and request deletion of your account at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our games after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
